- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- Marinate 4 chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
