  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and apple cider; mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until just mixed.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat in the spice mixture.
